After the effort, comfort! Make yourself comfortable in the tasting area to taste our good Charolais meat in grilled or cooked form, accompanied by a glass of red wine. As with the wines, learn how to talk about this great vintage that is the Charolais.
The tasting of Charolais PDOs for the most gourmands
In addition to the classic grilled pieces, you will taste the Charolais beef terrine, the PDO beef sausage, and the Charolais goat cheese.
